The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), currently advises UK residents against all non-essential travel abroad until further notification. This restriction can change at any time and without notice.

** We strongly recommend that you contact your travel insurance company if your holiday has been impacted by the restrictions, so you are aware of all options available to you. Many travel insurance companies provide cover under these circumstances and we are able to provide any documentation requested by your insurance company, if required. **

Current Response Times
We have had to make changes to the way in which we work to allow as many staff as possible to work from home. In addition, we are experiencing delays working with our business partners and this is having an impact on maintaining our usual high standards. We sincerely apologise to our customers who have been affected and would like to assure you that we are doing our utmost to assist all of our customers during these challenging times and we will continue to work as hard and efficiently as possible to resolve all outstanding issues. Package Holidays affected by Covid-19
We would like to reassure you that all package holidays booked through us carry ATOL protection, and as such, all money paid for your holiday is safe. We have now started issuing Refund Credit Notes for affected bookings which can be redeemed up until 30 March 2021 against a future booking. Refund Credit Notes will be issued in departure date order for all affected bookings. Please be assured that the Refund Credit Note carries the same ATOL protection as your original holiday booking.

Package Holiday Customers due to depart after 1 May 2020
As the travel restrictions can be lifted at any time and without notice, we are dealing with bookings in strict departure date order. If you are due to travel after 1 May 2020 and would like to change your travel dates, we will do our best to accommodate your change. Fees may apply depending on the nature of the change requested and your new travel dates. Any correspondence must be sent via email to, quoting our Booking Reference number and your preferred travel dates.
